Bluewater's policy is to provide the best hire equipment available to suite our customer's requirements. Our experts will happily give advice if there is any query about the equipment needed. The Hire Contract will be sent to you giving clear information about the equipment being delivered. Once delivered to the site, customers will have time to test it. If there is any dissatisfaction with the equipment, it may be returned to us immediately and any money will be refunded, provided that the equipment has not been used for more than 10 minutes. Should the equipment break down, Bluewater will repair the equipment free of charge UNLESS it is due to the customer's own damage or negligence, in which case the customer must pay for any repairs and no refund will be given. All other Terms and Conditions are included in the Hire Contract and are also on this website.
